- Desenvolver emissão de notas fiscais de serviço, município Cascavel / PR
1) Ler nosso cadastro de clientes
2) Lançar serviços avulso + emitir nota
3) Lançar serviços recorrentes + emitir nota, registrando:
    a) Cliente, Data Inicio contrato, Descrição do serviço, Valor, Índice e data de atualização, dia para cobrança
4) Interface adminstradora dos serviços contendo:
    a) Filtro dos serviços por período (filtrar por mês, abrir sempre no mês corrente)
    b) Relação dos serviços lançados, status da cobrança (enviada / não enviada)
5) Operações sobre as notas emitidas:
    a) Cancelamento
    b) Substituição
