O objetivo é desenvolver telas usando a biblioteca Textual, para uma ferramenta de administração. Esta biblioteca utiliza CSS e python para a montagem das telas.

As telas serão somente para input de dados. As informações passadas acessarão uma api interna da área e devolverá json. Para efeitos de desenvolvimento, os JSONs de resposta serão "mokados" no código.
