I need a 3D modelling designer (probably in Lumion or similar) to create an animation of an Steel Framing House, which will be embedded in a video for advertising in Social Media. The quality of the render movements and animation most be the best. Similar to this:

The duration of the animation will not exceed 40 seconds.

The overall video is going to be use for Instagram mostly. I have 2 SketchUp files for you, to start the project animation.
