Design a sophisticated modern Single Page website for small Dev/Design agency

Contexto Geral do Projeto

I'm a small start up agency, leaning on my relationship with other agencies to serve as their design and dev team when it doesn't make sense for them to have their own teams. It should be noted that I will be hiring a couple freelancers to do different designs for this site, and my hope is that the one that I like best would be one I could occasionally funnel some work to. I already have another designer and developer that do work for me but they are busy with client projects and this is a good test as I look for others that I could use as contractors for occasional design work. The content of the site in the attached document explains the business well to provide additional clarity and content. I'll eventually develop the site with my favorite design of the two or three I get back from designers, I haven't decided yet but it will possibly just be straight html/css/js or possibly simple wordpress to allow for easier future expansion.
