Design a web-app to sell fully-custom and tailored charro-outfits

I want an app where I can upload each component offered by a charro-outfit tailor. When the customer selects an option (color, embroidery, trim, etc.), I want the selections to reflect on a virtual mannequin almost like creating an avatar. After customizing the outfit, the user will input their body measurements manually or get them using an integrated body-measuring algorithm. Then they will select a payment option.
And finally get a status bar and a tracking number to keep the customer updated.

This app will benefit customers by ordering tailored outfits online without having to waste time searching for a quality tailor. Although the app will serve as the intermediary, the intent is for customers to feel as if they were at the tailor's shop from anywhere in the world and available 24/7. And most importantly, the customer can see their outfit before submitting their order.


I want a working prototype by November 2020. That includes a home page, user login, template to upload each outfit component with prices, virtual mannequin/avatar, and body-measuring capability.
