I'm looking for designers who had experience in turning a wordy document (policy brief/state strategy document) into infographics. The document is about 60 pages and looking about 10 pages (maximum) of vibrant infographics.

The gist of the document is about smart city. And please refer to other smart city documents for inspiration. I'm afraid that I'm not at liberty to upload the document right now (about 60 pages long) but please reply urgently (with design themes, plans, etc) for detailed information.
