I need a quote and timeline for the development of a website and pamphlet. For website I do not need maintenance. I have attached a sample file of a similar website as a guide .

I will supply graphic ID,copy and visuals.
I also need a pamphlet designed. This is 6 page two fold.
I will supply the copy and visuals and graphic ID.
Please submit sample of own work and an explanation of creative direction.
