Detailed Architectural Plans & Quantities for 4,700 sq ft Residential Renovation

We are seeking an experienced architect or CAD specialist to refine, slightly modify, and reissue a comprehensive design package for a significant ~4,700 sq ft home renovation project. The successful freelancer will be provided with existing plans, CAD files, renderings, photos, and videos to serve as a starting point.

The scope of work includes several key deliverables:

*  Update the full cad and pdf plan set, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
*  Add detailed specifications for materials and quantities, covering elements such as moldings, doors, hardware, lighting, and various finishes.
*  Prepare complete shop drawings and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) plans, all in strict adherence to current U.S. Standards.
*  Update realistic photo renderings as the design evolves to accurately reflect the proposed changes.
