Exp Architect/Engineer for Stamped Permit Drawings for 4700 sq ft Residential Remodel in New Jersey

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect or Engineer to prepare comprehensive, stamped permit drawings for a significant residential remodel project. The property is a 4700 sq ft home with a basement located in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with local building codes and engineering permit requirements.

Scope of Work Includes:

*  Utilizing provided full house renderings and existing construction plans (CAD files will be supplied).
*  Developing a fully coordinated, stamped architectural package.
*  Creating a comprehensive structural engineering package.
*  Designing a complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (mep) and hvac system package.
*  Addressing exterior upgrades, including any necessary structural or aesthetic modifications.
*  Designing the basement finishing, including a pumped drainage system.
*  Planning for generator installation.
*  Modifying existing skylights.
*  Designing new decking.
*  Incorporating all interior improvements into the plans.

All drawings must be code-compliant and professionally stamped. The project will include revisions as needed to ensure successful permit issuance. The scope is considered complete upon the successful issuance of all required permits.
