AfterHours Ops will leverage existing hotel Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), how-to guides, and manager-provided solutions to deliver accurate answers and continuously improve its knowledge base. Furthermore, it will provide valuable insights to managers regarding team performance and identify specific training needs.
