Develop Ai-Assisted 3d Face Creation Workflow Mvp

This project focuses on the development of an Express Minimum Viable Product (mvp) for an ai-assisted 3d face creation workflow. The primary objective is to validate an efficient production pipeline that transforms standard facial photographs into high-quality, personalized 3D facial models while significantly reducing manual work through the strategic use of Artificial Intelligence. The project includes the complete workflow, beginning with the validation and preparation of reference photographs, followed by AI-assisted facial reconstruction, creation or adaptation of an initial 3D mesh, manual refinement of facial proportions and textures, and organization of the export process for integration into the target application or production environment. Rather than focusing solely on delivering individual 3D face models, this MVP is designed to establish a repeatable and scalable production methodology that can later be expanded to support larger volumes of customized faces with improved speed, consistency, and quality. As part of the validation process, up to three pilot 3D faces will be produced and reviewed to evaluate the workflow's performance, accuracy, and overall feasibility. The project also includes documentation, recommended photography guidelines, and post-delivery support to ensure successful implementation and future scalability. This MVP serves as the foundation for a more advanced production system, enabling faster, more consistent, and more efficient creation of realistic 3D facial models through the combination of Artificial Intelligence and professional manual refinement.
