We are seeking a skilled developer to create a custom tool or script designed to verify the registration status of phone numbers within the Robinhood platform. The primary function of this tool will be to accept a bulk list of phone numbers as input (preferably from a .txt file), process them efficiently while respecting potential rate limits, identify which numbers are associated with active Robinhood accounts, and export the list of only the registered numbers to a new .txt file.
The solution must be robust enough to handle thousands of numbers and be reusable for future verification tasks. The specific method for checking registration (e.g., API interaction, if feasible and permissible) is open to the freelancer's expertise, but efficiency and reliability are key.
Deliverables:
- A functional script or application that performs the described phone number verification.
- Source code for the tool.
- Clear instructions on how to use the tool.
- The output .txt file containing registered phone numbers for a sample input list.
