Develop Woocommerce Plugin for Easyparcel

I am from EasyParcel, a online booking platform for courier services. Majority of our customers are online sellers and WooCommerce sellers are one of it.

We are looking for developer to develop a WooCommerce plugin that can do the below:
- allow WooCommerce sellers to download plugin in Wordpress
-  Display courier display rate on checkout page so buyer can choose their preferred courier
- Allow sellers to filter which courier to show to buyers
- Reflects tracking number to sellers and buyers
- Allow seller to add on shipping fee on top up rate that they get from EasyParcel. Eg mark up RM2/parcel
- Plugin to support marketplace flow (dokan, wcfm)
