Looking for a developer to create a social network with similar functions as Facebook, upload images, videos, live video, posts, etc. The subscribers could join the network through a monthly subscription to have access to exclusive profiles. We've consider "Social Engine" or "Elgg" as framework to speed up the development.
However, we are open to alternatives. Please see the attached file before biding (In the offer put time and budget).
