Development of a Simple Wordpress Website with 10 Screens

I need a freelancer to develop a very simple WordPress website. The site should not include any e-commerce functionality or payment integrations. The project requires approximately 10 distinct screens or pages. The design should be clean and user-friendly, focusing on content presentation. The freelancer will be responsible for setting up WordPress, installing a suitable theme, and populating the initial content for the specified pages. Responsiveness for desktop and phone is expected.
