You will be responsible for developing a marketing strategy and planning to grow PFL brand awareness and reputation online and offline. You will manage our company’s brand awareness with the ultimate goal of reaching and engaging the greatest number of clients. Your objective will be to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world.
Your contribution includes creating original content, negotiating and liaising with third-party advocates, generating topics to attract engagement from businesses looking for procurement services and establishing the Procurement Freelancers brand as a leader in hiring procurement people.

Position Responsibilities
Set up a strategy to develop a good relationship between journalists, bloggers, influencers, authors and other leaders in the purchasing/supply chain sector and the procurementfreelancers startup.
Develop a strategy to promote the platform to purchasing and outsourcing companies
Create and publish at least 1 sponsored articles every week in the targeted purchasing media
Overseeing the PFL’s attendance at procurement events, such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars...
Propose communication campaigns
Organize periodic webinars with potential clients and / or Freelancers
Researching and analysing market trends and similar competitors.
Participate in comments on social networks
Collaborate with the Team to build and monitor relationships with associations and partners.
Analyze results of actions at the end of each month to provide the report
Testing new marketing opportunities
Addressing customer service problems
Collaborate with the design team for the visual design of campaigns
Collaborate with team to measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs

Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
Outstanding communication skills
Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
Degree in marketing or a related field
Having experience in the procurement industry will be highly appreciated
