Sales Contribution: 4% of the department's budget. - TCT (Token Conversion Technology): Innovative technology facilitating efficient token conversions. Integral to the tokenization process. Financial Targets: 2024: $10 million in revenue. 2025: $100 million in revenue, with a 100% YoY increase for the next four years. Sales Department Budget: - Tokenization Sales: 25% of total sales. - TokeniX Sales: 50% of total sales. - Tupan AuGreen Sales: 5% of total raised. Director of Sales Responsibilities: - Develop a strategic sales plan aligned with the company's growth objectives. - Achieve and exceed tokenization targets. - Maximize revenue from TokeniX and Tupan AuGreen sales. - Lead a high-performing international sales team. - Implement robust reporting mechanisms to monitor and improve sales performance.
