Debemos programar un discador predictivo que se comunique con nuestro sistema CRM para emitir llamadas salientes, conseguir ventas y realizar cobranzas. Debiera tener la capacidad de realizar rellamados a aquellos clientes NO contactos, realizar estadísticas de tiempo promedio de llamado, cantidad de llamadas realizadas por día y por mes. Debe emitir llamados a través de una central SIEMENS HiPath 1150.
