Necesito un robot que ejecute ciertas indicaciones de una página web a otra, hay una página web que me envía instrucciones o indicaciones(apuestas) las cuales se ejecutan en otro sitio web.

Project overview

Quiero ejecutar apuestas que me envían desde un grupo de telegram en automático, estas apuestas las envian a distintas horas del dia y hay horas en las cuales no las puedo tomar, la idea general seria crear un robot que ejecutara las apuestas a cualquier hora del día en automático, que este robot tenga la capacidad de modificar cuánto dinero puedo apostar y el tiempo al que puedo colocar dicha apuesta.
