Necesito un formulario que me permita captar las informaciones de mis usuarios para proceder con el reclutamiento. He usado Google Forms y Cognito, pero no me gusta la forma en que ha quedado con el diseño que use. Necesito estetica y profesionalidad para que quede agradable para el cliente.
Puedo mandar modelos.

Pero a modo de formulario y no solo como login. Con una imagen parecida, seria bien.
