Se desea realizar la creación  de una nueva plataforma web, por lo cual se solicita una persona que pueda realizar el diseño, y maquetación del sitio.
- Fase 1 = Diseño de sitio web responsive mobile first
- Fase  2 = Maquetación del sitio en HTML, CSS, Javascript (Si es necesario)
el sitio contará con aproximadamente  5 secciones/páginas
se aceptan postulaciones para la fase 1 o para ambas fases, gracias
