.En realidad el acento se seguirá dando a la antención  personalizada. Debe incluir chat de soporte, unas 5 o seis secciones: Página principal, faq´s, clientes corporativos, garantias, catálogos por marca, y campo para que el cliente se de de alta para boletines y ofertas.
