Dynamics 365 for Insurance company

Hello, this is very general i would like to have a call to explain. I actually do my job in Excel and Canvas but need to be more efficient, I explored Dynamic and really like but I am not an expert so I would like to hire someone with the expertise, time and patience to finish the work maybe in 3 months. Please do not think only in the budget because I do not know if that is an hour by month or by project so please do not get attached to that. Thank you.
