E-learning developer/editor in Articulate Rise (360)

We are looking for e-learning developer/editor in Articulate Rise (360) for a 20 min course (10 min of final audio time).
Languages Required (12): Chinese-Simplified, Dutch, French (Canada), French (Europe), German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Spanish (Lat-Am), Swedish.
We have the .story file + SCORM package that we can send for analysis.                                                Project Prep
