Edit a Obs plugin

Need to edit a OBS Plugin that currently exist and i have the source code in C++.

The plugin is a multi-rtmp in obs. I need to add:

1.- Add Heartbeat functionality every one minute to know if the connection rtmp is active: example {server1: 1, server2: 1, server3: 0, cpu: 60, pid: 10}, where "0" is not active and "1" is that it is transmitting, cpu is the cpu usage in percentage and pid is an id that i give you when you log in. The number of servers is dependent on how many you feed from the API.

2.- In the Heartbeat functionality, also send a screenshot of what comes out in obs to the api.

3.- That it is not necessary to give "start transmission" for the API to work 

4.- To be able to modify the b-frame within the options that I feed from the API

5.- Use a single encoder and transmit the result to the different servers in order to save CPU.

6.- Clean the transmision key on settings on exit or in open OBS .

The plugin must work on OBS windows.
Need a DLL and the source code on job done.
