We are looking for a highly skilled video editor specialized in short, high‑impact ads for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. The primary goal is to produce multiple variants with strong opening hooks that maximize viewer retention and Click‑Through Rate (CTR) in paid campaigns.
You will work from 1–2 base videos that contain the core content. From these, you’ll produce 6–10 distinct versions. We currently have 8 hooks prepared; however, we need someone creative who can make each version feel different and retain attention, with the main variation focused on the first 3–5 seconds. This is critical to capture attention early and optimize campaign performance.
What We Need
Mastery of pattern interrupts and visual/audio hooks that stop the scroll in under 3 seconds.
Ability to integrate dynamic subtitles (kinetic typography), delivered as SRT files and burned‑in versions.
Excellent sense of rhythm, sharp cutting, and impactful music selection that supports the message.
Capability to deliver a professional look & feel: color correction, high‑quality audio mixing, clean visuals, and minimalist motion graphics.
Knowledge to deliver ad‑ready files for Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, adhering to content policies and safe areas for on‑screen text and graphics.
Scope & Deliverables (Initial Package)
6–10 video versions in 9:16 (1080 × 1920 px), 20–35 seconds each. The only difference between versions is the first 3–5 seconds (hooks).
(Optional) One additional 1:1 (1080 × 1080 px) version of the top‑performing variant.
Subtitles: one .srt file per version and a burned‑in subtitles version.
Masters & Editables: Delivery in .mp4 (H.264, high bitrate), plus Master ProRes or DNxHR, and the project file (.prproj for Premiere, .aep for After Effects, or .xml) with all assets cleanly organized.
2 rounds of revisions for minor adjustments (pacing, typography, CTA, music).
File naming convention: Campaign_Platform_HOOK-01_v1_yyyy-mm-dd.mp4.
