Estoy desarrollando una app para android hecha en html5 con javascript que se compila en phonegap, necesito crear un módulo de esta aplicación donde se acceda a la cámara del teléfono, se tome una foto, se guarde y esa foto suba a un servidor y se ingrese la ruta a una base de datos mysql con el nombre y unos datos que van adicionales. Debe estar integrado desde el desarrollo en html5 que se compila para phonegap.
