I use a webmail service that only allows 100GB per email account and we are already there on several email accounts.
We are being forced to free up space on the webmail service but we don't want to delete any of the old emails. Instead we would like to transfer or import those emails to another webmail service so that we can immediately search for those old email whenever needed accordingly.
This would allow us to continue using our main webmail and never run out of space there.
Anyone interested please show proof that you know how to do this efficiently or you can even suggest a better setup than what we have in mind.
