- **Segment & Personalize:** Refine audience targeting to boost relevancy, ensuring the right message reaches the right people. 
- **Create High-Impact Campaigns:** Develop compelling email sequences, including follow-ups, nurturing flows, and abandoned cart recovery strategies. 
- **Optimize for Growth:** Analyze campaign data, track performance, and adjust strategies to drive conversions and retention. 
- **Craft Engaging Content:** Leverage strong copywriting skills (bonus points for design expertise) to create emails that captivate and convert. 
- **Align with Broader Marketing Efforts:** Ensure email strategies integrate seamlessly into larger marketing initiatives for a cohesive customer journey.
