The assignment involves visiting the specified site, liaising with the responsible representative, verifying required information using a provided verification form, documenting the visit with geotagged photographs, and completing all necessary records accurately and professionally.
Task Requirements:
- Visit the specified site and communicate with the relevant representative.
- Verify the required information according to the provided verification form.
- Capture external and internal photos of the site using a designated mobile application for Geotagging photos.
- Complete the verification form accurately and in full.
- Obtain the signature of the responsible manager or authorized representative on the verification form.
Execution Time:
The field visit typically takes approximately one to two hours. The assignment must be completed and all deliverables submitted within 3 business days from the date of assignment.
