Necesitaos un visualizador de textos, (Archivos existentes en html almacenados en una base datos MySql) que permita al usuario resaltar o subrayar porciones del texto e insertar comentarios o anotaciones sin alterar el texto (que sean llamadas como anotaciones) y que estos comentarios, anotaciones y resaltados sean almacenados en una tabla relacionada para que cuando el usuario consulte nuevamente el documento, estén disponibles los comentarios, anotaciones y resultados o subrayados que el haya realizado.
