Preciso de um sistema simples (se possível usando Node.js) que copie mensagens de canais diversos do Telegram (q não sou adm) e encaminhe essas mensagens para um outro canal no Telegram que é meu.

As mensagens do Telegram podem ter links e arquivos anexados que também devem ser encaminhados.

O encaminhamento das mensagens devem ser em tempo real, ou seja, o servidor deve ficar "escutando" os canais 24h por dia e encaminhar a mensagem no mesmo momento em q ela foi recebida.

I need a simple system (if possible using Node.js) that copies messages from various Telegram channels (which I am not adm) and forward these messages to another channel in the Telegram that is mine.

Telegram messages may have links and attached files that must also be forwarded.

Message forwarding must be in real time, that is, the server must "listen" to channels 24h a day and forward the message at the same time it was received.
