Enhancement of existing website & Insta page - Better positioning in search engines, especially Google

My client is a self-made personal trainer who has a background in martial arts. Former MMA and Ultimate Fight participant, my client transformed his knowledge in martial arts into a training he calls "functional training". A aerobic and anaerobic training focused on enhancing your overall health, physical and mental.
My client grew significantly bigger when he trained Sabrina Sato, a very famous celebrity in Brazil.

What we need is to make this website more attractive and build strategies to place it number one in search engines, mainly Google.
As part of my client's "digital revamp" we will also need a professional who can enhance his Instagram page and build his Facebook page from scratch.
The whole assignment consists on optimizing these 3 digital spaces (website, facebook, instagram) and placing them at the top of the search engines.
We would like to have all this operational by mid April, but it's not critical.
We will also need a video crew, to shoot some Youtube videos or even some videos to put in Facebook and Instagram.
