Se requiere adaptar plugin de Order Delivery Date Pro, para que sobre 'X' monto, el envío pueda ser gratuito. El Plugin en sí no permite esta modalidad y no es compatible con otro plugin que extienda esta funcionalidad.
El monto debe ser autoadministrable (fácil para el usuario), es decir, dentro del admin poder configurar 'X' monto y que funcione, cosa que al final del proceso, el costo de envío sea gratuito si ese monto es superado en el total del carro.

Lo probado es configurandolo por Woocommerce pero este plugin no utiliza el envío tradicional de woocommerce, si no que agrega el monto al final del envío (aunque este por configuración de Woocommerce sea gratuito).
