Erro H13 Heroku

Estou com uma api que faz download do youtube via header, salvando direto na pasta do usuário, tudo correto de forma local, mas quando subo para o Heroku alguns linques do youtube me retornam o erro H13 , a maioria faz o download mas alguns retornam H13.
Estou precisando de alguém que tenha conhecimento em heroku mais afundo para corrigir esse erro que pode ser de conexão.
Acredito que o erro esteja nessa linha de solução, mas não estou conseguindo corrigir.
