Meu e-commerce magento está apresentando o seguinte problema:

Cliente finaliza o pagamento porém não há informação no Pagseguro, nem no paypal.

Não estamos conseguindo realizar vendas por esses 2 meios de pagamento.

Preciso de um desenvolvedor que analise o processo e corrija possíveis erros.
