Error al realizar pagos con Stripe en mi multitienda de prestashop

contrate una pasarela de pago (Stripe ) para la (multi tienda) 3 tiendas, luego de contratar un técnico de está plataforma me ha indicado que hay un error por el cual da fallo al intentar finalizar el pedido con el pago con tarjeta este error el técnico no logró descifrarlo, el proyecto es consiste en conseguir a alguien con experiencia en prestas hoyo y Stripe para poner a funcionar las tiendas correctamente
