Recoger de un servidor y un puerto tcp un texto y enviarlo modificado ofreciendo un puerto tcp para leerlo, todo en windows 10 y en c++.

Servidor de texto 1 puerto A -> app conecta y lee constantemente -> app ofrece un puerto B constantemente y simula al servidor 1 pero modifica el texto antes de ofrecerlo

Mostrar en una ventana de msdos el progreso y crear en la misma carpeta un archivo de log separado por meses con los mensajes traducidos mostrados.
