Evaluation of 802.11p vs Lte mode 4

I need a Matlab simulation and codes for the model described in the file. Please refer to the file attached.
•    To create a simulation model that includes both mac and phy layers of c-v2x and wi-fi 802.11p in MATLAB
-    At PHY - include radio link parameters such as propagation loss and noise to capture coverage and interference.

-    At mac - model a multiple access technique (csma/ca and sps) to be able to analyze the dynamic behavior of a simulation network in terms of several users.
•    Use the above model to investigate how different parameters, such as path loss and a number of users, affect the performance of different RATs.
