Boa Tarde, temos uma loja virtual em magento e instalamos 2 modulos de pop-up que estão causando um mal funcionamento do site, e não conseguimos desintalar pelo magento connect, o ideal seria apagar pelo ftp, porem estamos sem programador esse mes, gostariamos de apagar esses modulos pelo ftp.
