Experienced 3d Artist for Custom Collectible Figure Head Sculpting and 3d Printing

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D artist and modeler for the initial test stage of a custom collectible figure project. The full project envisions a sports-themed art toy / vinyl figure collectible set designed for resin 3D printing. For this critical first stage, the focus is solely on creating the main character's head.

We require genuine 3D modeling, not AI-generated images or concept renders. The deliverable must include an editable 3D file and an STL file ready for 3D printing.

For this test stage, the head must be meticulously sculpted based on real photo references, with a strong emphasis on achieving accurate facial likeness. Key features to be included are:
- A broad and full facial structure.
- A high pompadour hairstyle with short, faded sides.
- A full and voluminous beard.
- A distinct curled handlebar mustache.
- Dark, rectangular, rimless sunglasses.
- Ears accurately shaped according to the provided real photo references.

Expected deliverables for this stage include:
- Front render of the sculpted head.
- Side render of the sculpted head.
- 3/4 render of the sculpted head.
- An editable 3D file, preferably in .blend (Blender) or .ztl (ZBrush) format.
- An STL file of the head, optimized for 3D printing.
- An STL file of the sunglasses, provided as a separate piece if this approach is more suitable for printing.
- All models must be scaled accurately in millimeters.
- The mesh must be professionally prepared for resin 3D printing, free from common errors.

Successful completion and approval of this initial head model will lead to the complete project, which will involve developing the full body, uniform, base, a second character, a ball, separated parts for printing, and final production files. We are looking for a freelancer with proven experience in Blender, ZBrush, character sculpting, achieving strong facial likeness, and preparing models specifically for 3D printing.
