Experienced Content Writer Needed for Vibrant Vacation Rentals and Property Management Blog

We are FridaysFlats, a vacation rentals company in Barcelona, and BcnFlatmanagement, a trusted property management service. We are seeking an experienced and creative content writer to join our team and help us create engaging blog content that caters to our guest audience and property owners.

Responsibilities:

Craft high-quality, informative, and engaging blog posts related to vacation rentals and property management in Barcelona.
Conduct thorough research on relevant topics to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Develop creative and captivating headlines and introductions to grab readers' attention.
Write in a clear, concise, and conversational style, tailoring the content to our target audience.
Incorporate SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic traffic.
Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm ideas, identify content gaps, and develop a content calendar.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a content writer, preferably with a background in the travel or real estate industry.
Familiarity with SEO principles and ability to incorporate relevant keywords into the content.

Bonus skills:

Knowledge of the Barcelona travel scene and local attractions.
Understanding of property management and real estate trends.


Terms and Compensation:

This is a remote freelance position.
Payment will be based on a per-article or per-word basis, to be discussed and agreed upon with the selected candidate.
Initially, we require approximately 2-3 articles per week for each blog, with the potential for increased workload based on performance.
