The platform runs on Gohighlevel and includes: doctor onboarding funnel (landing page, application, approval, account setup), crm pipeline tracking doctor leads through qualification/onboarding/activation, automated email/sms sequences for doctor outreach, patient referral tracking linking recommendations to purchases, and reporting dashboard for doctors. What You'll Build: Complete ghl sub-account structure for the doctor program, onboarding funnel with landing pages, forms and multi-step application flow, crm pipeline with automated stage transitions and task assignments, email and sms automation workflows (twilio integration), webhook integrations between ghl, shopify and internal tools, reporting snapshots for doctor-facing dashboards. Requirements: 2+ years hands-on Gohighlevel experience (building, not just using), expert at ghl workflows/pipelines/funnels/automations, ghl api and webhook integration experience, strong crm logic and lead nurturing knowledge, ai tools in your workflow (claude,
make.com, Zapier), B2B funnel building experience. Nice to Have: Healthcare/wellness industry experience, Shopify webhook/API integration, SaaS-like GHL offerings (sub-accounts, snapshots), Twilio SMS compliance knowledge.
