Job Description: Industrial / Product Designer (Part-Time or Project-Based to Start; Remote – Colombia Preferred)

Brief Description: We are looking for an Industrial Product Designer who can combine creativity, technical precision, and strategic thinking to bring innovative packaging and product concepts to life.
This role will work closely with the design, marketing, and production teams to ensure that every design aligns with brand identity, market objectives, and manufacturing feasibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design structural and graphic packaging for beauty and consumer products, including primary and secondary packaging, ensuring full alignment with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Develop die-lines, mockups, and production-ready artwork files for suppliers and printers.
- Coordinate with international suppliers and production partners to manage timelines, materials, and quality standards.
- Create 3D models and visual renderings to visualize concepts and support internal and client presentations.
- Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive product experience from concept through production.
- Conduct material and cost research to optimize design feasibility and sustainability.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field.
2+ years of experience in packaging or product design, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or consumer goods industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), 3D modeling software (e.g., Rhino, SolidWorks, Blender), and packaging layout tools.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and printing techniques.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Nice to Have:
Experience with sustainable packaging design or eco-friendly materials.
Familiarity with brand development and marketing integration.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
