We’re looking for a Design Assistant with a strong visual eye, organizational skills, and a passion for building beautiful, cohesive brand experiences. You’ll play a key role in supporting the creative team across multiple projects, bringing ideas to life through compelling graphics, videos, and well-structured visual systems.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys curating stunning social feeds, building brand books from scratch, designing scroll-stopping decks, and exploring new design tools, including AI-powered platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design graphics for social media, paid ads, editorial content, and marketing campaigns.
- Visually plan and organize Instagram/TikTok feeds ensuring aesthetic consistency and brand alignment.
- Create branded decks, pitch presentations, and brand books that are both beautiful and functional.
- Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and Stories using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Use AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.) To generate creative assets when needed.
- Maintain visual consistency across formats and campaigns.
- Manage multiple creative tasks at once while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop ideas and execute on-brand visuals.

Requirements:
1+ year of experience in graphic design or junior art direction roles.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva Pro, etc.
Solid skills in video editing using CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, Higgsfield, Google Ai Pro, etc.).
Previous experience organizing visual social feeds and creating cohesive content grids.
Strong aesthetic judgment, attention to detail, and passion for design trends.
Ability to create brand books, visual guidelines, decks, and editorial layouts.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) is required for internal collaboration and creative reviews.
