Experienced Peruvian Web Designer for Pachamind Nonprofit Platform

We are seeking a highly skilled and culturally sensitive web designer and developer to create a comprehensive online platform for PachaMind, a nonprofit ceremonial medicine research institute. The primary goal is to develop a comprehensive, bilingual (Spanish/English) website on either WordPress or Webflow, coupled with a unique brand identity that authentically reflects the rich cultural heritage of the Andes and Amazon. The ideal candidate should be based in Peru and possess a deep understanding of Peru's ceremonial medicine culture, particularly San Pedro and Ayahuasca.

The platform will feature 5-8 pages, including a blog/research section, and require integration for donations, volunteer sign-ups, and a retreat booking system. Crucially, the site needs to be optimized for Google Ad Grants SEO to maximize reach and impact, and must be fully mobile-responsive.

Deliverables:
- Complete website development (5-8 pages) on WordPress or Webflow
- Creation of a visual brand guide, including logo design, color palettes, and typography
- Presentation of wireframes and mockups for approval prior to development
- Comprehensive CMS training for internal team

Requirements:
