We are seeking an experienced video editor for a long-term collaboration focused on producing high-quality real estate videos. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating cinematic property walkthroughs, incorporating speed ramp editing, precise color grading, and seamless transitions. The work will also involve integrating drone footage, developing engaging motion graphics and text animations, and expertly handling background music and sound design to enhance the visual storytelling.

The editor must be highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. The goal is to deliver visually compelling and engaging videos optimized for social media platforms and property listings, effectively attracting potential buyers and generating inquiries.

We are looking for a freelancer with excellent attention to detail, a commitment to fast turnaround times, and consistent, clear communication. Prior experience in editing real estate videos for agents, brokers, or property marketing companies is highly preferred.
