Hiring Video Editor (Long-Term Collaboration)

I’m looking for a reliable video editor to work with me on a consistent, long-term basis.

The workflow is steady every week. I need support building the basic structure, pacing, and flow for around 6 videos weekly (each between 45 sec – 1:30 min). These are social media videos, so understanding hooks, retention, and clean storytelling is essential.

My clients include well-known brands, so I need someone with solid experience in social media editing who knows what performs and can deliver consistently.

Requirements:

Strong English communication (must speak or fully understand English)
Preferred editing software: CapCut (Premiere is also acceptable — Adobe Premiere Pro)
Stable internet connection
High level of commitment and reliability
Available to work 4–5 days per week
Ideally focused primarily on this project (not juggling too many clients)

Important:

Payment is per finished video (not hourly)
Rate starts at around $30 per video, with the possibility to increase depending on complexity
Videos vary slightly in difficulty, but all follow a short-form format
This is not a one-time gig — I’m looking for someone to grow with and work consistently every week
