Experienced Spanish Tutors for Short-Term Remote One-on-One Sessions

We are seeking experienced Spanish tutors for a short-term remote project. This role involves conducting recorded, one-on-one tutoring sessions with native English-speaking learners across various proficiency levels. The project duration is approximately three weeks, requiring a commitment of about seven hours per week.

What You'll Do:
* Lead engaging, one-on-one Spanish tutoring sessions.
* Adapt lessons to each learner's specific proficiency level and assigned topics.
* Encourage natural and substantive back-and-forth conversation during sessions.
* Follow the provided lesson structure and project instructions diligently.
* Conduct sessions efficiently, avoiding extended dead air or off-topic discussions.
* Sessions must run for at least 20 minutes and will generally last between 20–30 minutes.

Who Should Apply:
* Fluent Spanish speakers with strong verbal communication skills.
* Candidates holding a Bachelor's degree or higher.
* At least three years of proven Spanish teaching or tutoring experience.
* Demonstrated experience teaching native English speakers at different proficiency levels.
* Ability to adapt lesson structure and communication style to individual learner needs.
* Reliable availability and a strong record of punctuality.
* Comfort and willingness to participate in recorded online sessions.

Tutors from diverse Spanish-speaking backgrounds, including Spain, Mexico, and other regions, are highly encouraged to apply. You will be engaged as an independent contractor for this fully remote role, offering flexibility to complete tasks on your own schedule. Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on evolving needs and performance.
