Experienced Video Editor for a Four-Minute Founder Film for Tmrw Health

TMRW Health is seeking an experienced and highly skilled video editor to produce a four-minute founder film featuring our CEO, Mark Britt. This film is a critical piece for our preventative health platform, designed to open at a narrative low point and resolve with a message of "better tomorrows." The project is structured around 35 distinct beats across five sections: a cold open, opener, bridge, walkthrough, and close. We are looking for an editor who understands and can execute an editorial, premium, and restrained aesthetic, drawing inspiration from a New Yorker pull quote style and fashion editorial photography, rather than typical broadcast or SaaS product demo visuals. We will provide a complete film specification, a detailed visual treatment, a comprehensive source clip library with verified timecodes, and the full TMRW brand system. The ideal candidate will bring this vision to life.

What you will be cutting:
- Founder direct-to-camera footage: intimate, sustained, one-shot style.
- Authority voices: clips from podcasts, TED talks, and broadcast news featuring figures like Peter Attia, Mark Hyman, Steven Bartlett, and others.
- Real product capture: footage of our health platform dashboard.
- Premium product photography: high-quality shots of test kits, supplement pods, and hero product visuals.
- B-roll footage: content depicting healthy living, clinical environments, and ASMR-style detailed work.

Key Requirements:
- Editorial restraint over flourish: emphasis on holds, strategic use of silence, and clear type hierarchy.
- Clean source-cut precision: ability to execute precise edits, including fragment-lifts on a comma.
- Comfort with on-screen typography: proficiency in integrating typography according to a provided brand system specification.
- Comfort with data overlays and chart cards: ability to present data visually in an editorial register.
- Sound design instinct: a keen ear for sound design, ensuring convergence rather than collision of audio elements.
- Fluent English: essential for understanding source audio and project brief.

What we do NOT need:
- Fast-cut social-first editing styles.
- Heavy transitions, excessive motion graphics flourish, or generic stock energy.
- Templated corporate brand-film aesthetics.

Selection Process:
Candidates will undergo a paid test edit of the first 40 seconds, covering nine beats of the film. The full film specification and visual treatment will be provided upon confirmation for this test. The editor whose test work best aligns with our vision will then be engaged for the full film production.
